If an image upload is rejected, convert it to a common web format and try again

If an image upload is rejected, convert it to a common web format and try again.

Try this

Convert the image to JPG or PNG.
Make sure the file is not damaged.
Use a simple file name, for example preview-01.jpg.
Check the file size.
Try a different browser.

Formats

Older upload pages may reject HEIC, WEBP, damaged JPEG files, or camera-specific formats. JPG and PNG are usually the safest preview formats.
