- Log in to PicsForDesign.
- Open your account area.
- Use the available menu items for downloads, orders, profile, favorites, or seller tools.
- If a section is missing, make sure you are logged in to the correct account.
Important details
- The account dashboard may look different for buyers and sellers.
- Seller tools appear only when the account has seller access.
When to contact support
If you still need help, contact support and include:
- your account email or username
- the page or product URL
- a screenshot
- the exact error message, if any
- your browser name and device
Please do not send your password. Support cannot see or send passwords.
