Use this short path when you are new to PicsForDesign and want to publish digital artwork. The exact menus may evolve, but the work itself is always the same: create an account, choose the right store, prepare a complete file and submit it for review.
1. Create your account
Start with a regular PicsForDesign account. Keep the email address available: it is where purchase receipts, account notices and responses from the team are sent. Add clear contact details before applying to open a store.
2. Choose the right place for the work
- Taggers’ Store is for PSP tubes, scrap kits and related creative resources.
- Digital Marketplace is for graphics, templates, illustrations, mockups, fonts, assets and other digital products.
- Prepaid Projects and clubs have their own guides and product requirements.
Choose one primary store before preparing the listing. If a product could fit more than one category, contact support with a preview and short description.
3. Prepare the product before upload
Put the sale files and previews in an organised folder. Check that the archive opens correctly, filenames are readable, the stated formats match the actual files and the preview represents what buyers receive. Include only material you have the right to sell.
4. Build a useful listing
Write a specific title and description. Explain what is inside the archive, file formats, dimensions or resolution where relevant, compatible software and any important limits. Add accurate tags and choose the closest category so buyers can find the product.
5. Review, submit and improve
Read the store guide for the current moderation rules, then submit the product. If the team asks for changes, update the file or listing carefully and resubmit. Keep your source files and original export files: they make later corrections much easier.
Before publishing: verify ownership, inspect the archive, check the preview at mobile size, and make sure the description says exactly what the buyer receives.
