Seller tool: creators in Taggers’ Store and Digital Marketplace can schedule a price promotion for their own eligible live products directly from the product list. You choose the products, the price change and the start and end dates.
What you can do
- Run a promotion for selected eligible products or for all eligible products in the current store.
- Set a percentage change, a fixed promotional price, or a monetary increase/decrease.
- Start immediately or schedule a future start date.
- Set an end date for the offer.
The tool is available separately in both seller areas: Taggers’ Store and Digital Marketplace. A promotion changes the product price shown to buyers for the chosen period; it does not change the original product files, previews, title or description.
Before creating a promotion
- Use only products you own that are live and have a valid price.
- Decide the final price before submitting. The system does not accept a promotional price that is zero/negative or $1,000 or more.
- Prepare the correct date range. The end must be after the start.
- Remember that only one creator price promotion can be active at a time in the same store area.
- Do not start a promotion if a platform-wide seasonal promotion is active; the creator promotion controls are unavailable during that period.
How to create a price promotion
- Sign in to the account that owns the products.
- Open your product list: My uploads for Taggers’ Store or My products for Digital Marketplace.
- Tick the products to include. To use every eligible product in that store, tick Add all products on all pages.
- Scroll to Promo price change below the list.
- Choose one pricing method and enter its value.
- Enter the promotion start date, or tick Start now!.
- Enter the promotion end date.
- Select Set price and review the confirmation carefully before accepting it.
Choose the correct pricing method

Dates and timing
Use the date picker shown in the seller area. A scheduled promotion starts at the beginning of its selected start date and ends at the end of its selected finish date according to the server time shown by the form. Start now! makes the promotion start after you apply the change. Always check the dates before confirming.
Important limitations
- After you apply a promotion, you cannot cancel it or edit its dates, price rule or current product selection from the seller list.
- Do not rely on being able to edit the promotion after it starts. Select the complete intended product set before submitting.
- The original price remains the reference price; the promotional price is calculated only for the promotional period.
- If a platform seasonal sale is running, wait for it to finish before creating your own price promotion.
- Price promotions and preview-gallery updates are different tools. Use the preview-update request when images need replacing; use Promo price change when the price needs a time-limited change.
My promotions: offers and banner
The seller menu also contains My promotions. This is a separate creator tool for a customer offer (for example, a bonus image after a defined number of purchases) and for uploading a small promotion banner. It does not replace the Promo price change panel used for temporary price discounts.
Check the result
After the promotion starts, return to your product list and check the selected items. The list displays the original price and the promotional price where applicable. Review your public product page as a buyer would, and make sure the discount, dates and included products match the offer you intend to advertise.

If the Promo price change panel is missing, first check whether you have an active creator promotion or a site-wide seasonal promotion. If you need help, contact support with the product link, a screenshot of the product list and the dates/pricing method you planned to use. Never send your password.

Как правильно задать скидку
- Для скидки в процентах выберите increase/decrease by % и поставьте знак минус: -20 означает скидку 20%.
- Для одной цены выберите enter new price: например, 5 устанавливает цену $5.
- Для снижения на сумму выберите increase/decrease by amount: например, -1 уменьшает цену каждого выбранного товара на $1.
Важные ограничения
- В одном магазине одновременно может быть одна активная авторская акция.
- После подтверждения нельзя отменить акцию, изменить даты, правило цены или список товаров. Перед отправкой отметьте полный нужный набор.
- Акция недоступна во время общей сезонной акции платформы.
- Для скидки итоговая цена должна быть больше $0 и меньше $1,000.
- My promotions — это отдельный раздел с подарочными предложениями и баннером автора; для временной скидки используйте именно Promo price change.
